She looked over at him, clicking the candy against her teeth as she thought. "Not exactly something you'd expect from someone like me though, eh? But what can I say. It's better having a hugging tick than being cold and distant and cutting myself right." She said with a slightly self-conscious laugh.

She smiled, trying to remember the first things she made. "I liked making anything creative. Even my family recipes had a special something added to them just to give my signature spark. For me, everything has to have either cinnamon or chocolate in it. So my first pastry was a cinnamon chocolate cream puff. Sounds weird, I know, but I somehow made it work." she said smiling. "I think I made the dough itself cinnamon flavored, an the filing chocolate. I can't remember I was so little... But it tasted heavenly." she said, taking a deep breath of the stale plane air as if she could smell her first ever personal recipe.
