The guardian of another dimension you accidentally get sucked into. She tries to rid of you no questions asked. Or in your case answered. Refusing to simply listen to her words and leave (which you don't know how to even do) she raises her staff and the party battles her. Defeated she angrily forces the party from the dimension.
