Shujin's bangs pushed away from his face, revealing his eyes as he looked up at the shadowy figure. The sunlight made a silhouette out of the person, and blinded his eyes a bit.
"Tuning my AT's why do you ask?"
"Geeze, who is this person anywa-" Shujin stopped his thought as he finally shaded his eyes from the light. The silhouette became the face of a girl, a girl who he could really only describe as Scarlett Pavlovski.
"Oh boy. She's skating again. I hope she's in tomorrow's race. It'd be better to have a race that wasn't just between me and Shunto." Shunto gained quite a name for himself after the Earthquake as a hero to the people, using his ATs to save innocent civilians. He broke his leg during that incident, however, and so Shujin had to drag him out. Shunto didn't ride for two years, and after those two years, had to recover his muscles (which deteriorated after the incident). He trained in America for a year, and refused to race with Shujin until tomorrow. There would've been an awkward amount of intensity were he to race Shunto with only focusing on beating Shunto.
"How're you, Scarlett?"
