Oh man, all of my really good recipes are super complicated, so I'll put up a real simple one (that I totally made last night xD).

Mini Cheesecakes:

1 package of cream cheese/250g
1/2 cup sugar-ish, you can adjust to taste
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Oreos

Line muffin tins with cupcake liners and stick a whole oreo in the bottom of each one. Blend together the cream cheese and sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly into each of the liners. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are no longer shiny.

Makes approx. 12
