She twisted and leaned over the bunk to take the sheet of paper. She smiled at it, having only a slight bit of knowledge pertaining to the actual composition of music the notes on the paper seemed to be in a foreign, though recognizable, language. She ran her hand along it, smoothing the paper, wondering what sound the notes would make when put into practice.

Twisting again, she held the paper out to Saya. "I don't speak music." She said smiling. "At least not on paper, but I'm sure it's good, if what you played earlier is any indication of your skills."

Olivia gazed down at this boy who was her roommate. It was a strange concept, one she had had difficulty accepting before coming here. If she was completely honest with herself she had been a little scared. Saya, however seemed to be a considerable improvement of what she had expected. They seemed on their way of becoming fast friends, which she was glad for. Being alone here would be torture. "Are you excited for tomorrow? You know, first day and all." She asked him.
