Taking a hold of the canvas, he let his eyes glance over it carefully, trying to take in each detail. A deep sigh of content escaped him as he looked up at the other guy, holding it out again. "This is really good. I've never seen something quite like this. Just three colors, right? I don't think I could ever make something like this with three colors...Three chords, not three colors." He smiled, getting up and taking out his guitar.
"Don't laugh at my horrible singing voice okay?" He smiled a cocky grin of sorts before taking the guitar out, putting a capo on the higher-area of the strings. Carefully taking his pick in hand, he sat down on the floor and began to strum three chords in a variety of times and pitches. It was a simple melody, which he used to sing some sort of old folk song in a foreign language. His key was fair, but at some points his voice would crack. He was a guitarist, after all- not a singer.
When he finished, he looked at him, curiously. He put the guitar beside him, standing up soon after. "It's an old song from my village in Norway. I made the melody on my own, but the song itself has been around for centuries... Do you think I did a good job?"
