Because I am deaf, and I wear a hearing aid, I use those: http://www.tecear.com/Music_Link.htm

They transmit sound pretty clear and I can just hook it behind my ear with my hearing aid, and while I'd rather blast music in my room, they are perfect for going out since I could crank up my volume high as I want, and the person right next to me won't hear it. xD

I'm not sure how to explain how it works, but I hope some people would understand it. < u< especially with that website.
