Oh, I think I should be.
Neat thing that happened today in my 18th Century Novel class?
Well, backstory first. My professors mother did die, which is sad. I feel bad for her, she's handeling it but I think she's also kinda numb and it hasn't quite hit her. Anyhow. Footballs huge here. Her father died and three days later the Packers won the superbowl. Her mother died and three days later the Packers won the superbowl. Something kinda fishy there, you know? Some sort of inside workings. Anyhow. So, today in class we're talking about how words change meaning over time. For instance, the word doubt. Today it means false or non-belief but in the 17th and 18th century it meant fear, like, Sarah, I fear you may be pregnant. (which is what she said to the other sarah in class) Meaning that she feared, believed she was pregnant.
Anyhow! What if I am!? :P You see what i'm getting at? She didn't say it to me, but all things considered. I am sara too and and ...ugh, I just..rar. Wishful thinking.
