He picked up the fruit from the ground and was glad that they had a tough skin, and then tried to push his way through the crowd while trying to keep Toshi close to himself. At least he was glad that Toshi got what she wanted and he got a little something as well, but he hoped that Toshi wouldn't be so attached to the village that she'd want to stay. He didn't think that the elder had any good intentions in bringing them there after all.
