I like it! In the first paragraph, it should be "...of static; a sudden pop and it’s gone but then it’s back, over and over it's back and it does this repeatedly." In the second paragraph, I would combine the two sentences: "Much strategy is employed by Milton." and "Be it choice of words, choice of style or, choice of topic."

Other than that, I think you've got it dead-on.
