hehe i'm from the pacific northwest, it really does rain here a lot!
i used to know an old british fellow who came state side from liverpool who said that of all the places in the us he'd been, he liked oregon the best-
it reminded him the most of england.

i'd say washington gets the most rain though;
i've only been in washington twice while the sun's been out. XP
