sorry- i just realized how rude and unfair i was being to offer anything under 6k... so 6k is my current offer- and i may be willing to go a bit higher
edit:: oh and i would like to hopefully settle on a price before asking you to hold it- because that way i don't accidentally pick a price too low
i'm fine going higher- but hesitant to admit it
