I think the biggest thing would be honesty with the dice, because we all know there is probably some asshole who'd cheat. I know Gaia incorporated some "dice" thing on posts, but that's the only thing I can think of for an online thing. Plus it would be very long, since not everyone can log in at once, all the time.
