[Epiphany]

I adore this book series! This and Harry Potter are what I grew up on. I remember the first book I got was Dragons of Autumn Twilight for my 11th birthday. I fell in love.

I love this series, not only because I grew up on, but just for the writing style and the character development. I've recently read the Forgotten Realms Drizzt Do'Urden series, and while it was good, I still love DragonLance even more. There is humor in DragonLance, in a way that doesn't spoil the adventure and fantasy of the setting. Tasslehoff and Fizban find ways to not only be the comedy, but have important roles in the plot.

I think my favourite character is Fizban. After that I'm quite fond of Tasslehoff and Raistlin.

I had to stop reading after the War of Souls trilogy, or whatever one it was. I dunno, I just felt the books were being written for the sake of there being more after the Twins' Trilogy. I didn't enjoy the last books as much as the first ones. I really haven't read anything that isn't about Tanis and co. though, so there might be some good books unrelated to them out there.
