[The Great Eagle Eye]

I'm modifying a coat for a post-apocalyptic steam/cyberpunk costume~

I got the sleeves off, and the hood off, so now I need to tear it up a bit, and then add in my EL-Wire* and some LEDs..

*EL-Wire, Electro Luminescent Wire, a wire that glows a color when put on a power source. Used in combination with EL-Tape to make the costumes from Tron Legacy.
