I... As a coping method I have managed to convince my brain that what happens virtually happens physically and irl. My brain gets attached to things and I can't help but feel it and take things personally. It helped when I was texting but it was a significant issue on Parashi and other forums. This is my battle I'm fine. I just need a puke and really strong pain killers
