I kinda understand how you feel. I was like that for almost half a year and it ended up getting pretty dangerous. Thankfully, my boyfriend, family and some friends helped me get out of it. I have to say that it's not easy to get out of that feeling, it's actually very hard, but with all the help, at least it doesn't have such effects on me anymore.
