I wish I could stop taking them, but my willpower is gone now. Not sure how that happened >.> But when I got my sleeping problem that lasted for about a week or more I began naps and now it's like I can't stop taking them. Not good though since I have a son that I should be up and taking care of. Thankfully he's at the age that can do that for himself.
