*got probably 10 minutes of sleep the whole time i was gone* Girl upstairs needs to calm down! from 4 AM and still going (its 1:30PM now) screaming and stomping and kicking walls/doors.. My cat cant seem to stop knocking stuff off my night stand.. AND people do NOT know how to follow apartment building RULES!

WE HAVE RESERVED PARKING PEOPLE OUTSIDERS PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE FLIPPIN BUILDING D< JUST BECAUSE APARTMENT 6 DOESN'T HAVE A CAR OF THEIR OWN DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT! seriously! we had to park in the new neighbors spot because of them. what if the new neighbors came home and had to park elsewhere? they would have gotten in trouble because people don't know how to follow apartment codes! D< *called the main office WITH license plates* I don't care their reason..
