Ya on mine it wouldn't let you save anymore or something. D:
So you could start a new game but you wouldn't be able to save or anything, I guess it would be possible to just never take the gameboy off the charger or something but I doubt that would be very good for the gameboy or the game. xD;;

Oh and ya, I think the 2nd gen would be my favorite, I have definitely loved playing Soul Silver. ^^
I should get back to that actually... I had been training a bunch of Pokemon to try and build a few awesome teams. :]
