Yay, lines...
His hair, eyes (if applicable), and short cape are brown, his boots and gloves are either brown or black, and his shirt and mask is white. His pants and sheath....Whatever fits. The sword handle + unseen necklace = silver.
The mask also has an elegant black design around the left eye.

Unnamed OC 2:
same ref, but this time the guy with wavy hair
-Hair: Huge file size...#19, but shorter. And black, not blue >.>
Like this guy's with the ponytail lower

Pose / Expression: The first OC should be more serious...while his brother is more playful.
Anything else:

They're just brothers; no other relationship...If you draw the first OC without his mask, he's got a scar running from above his left eye to below his right. Also, his sword's a rapier, and he's not a pirate like his brother. And he's got some hair that shows near his neck...I sometimes forget to draw that bit in.
