Well, we don't have that huge variety of pain killers here, I think (and most are insanely expensive)... I take ibuprofin, it helps most pains, when it does anything. And nospa, I think that's what it could also be called in English.
However, my headaches are most likely blood pressure induced, and therefor, pain killer can do little to help. I have extremely low blood pressure and it seems that whatever thunderstorms are doing, they are not helping the overall situation.
