Since Shaun hadn't said anything to him about his word choice, Mavek shrugged it off. He figured the man just didn't want to take a compliment that had to do with how he felt about people... Because, well... He really didn't seem that compassionate at all most of the time... But that just made Mavek figure he had to be closer to people for him to show any feeling at all. He could understand that because he usually didn't feel for people in the slightest for some reason... He'd lost touch with his human side most of the time.

"Boring? It doesn't matter... I'm sure there's some way we could entertain ourselves..." he said, more innuendo in that sentence than was first meant. He shook it off though and walked over to the chair he'd been sitting in before, taking his claim to it once more.
