I think I just naturally give off bad vibes to animals or something. Even my own cat can't stand to be picked up, never sits on me or anything, and until recently she wouldn't even stay near me. She just sort of tolerates me when I pick her up/hug her.

The other cats barely tolerate me. The dog... I'm pretty sure if I tried to hug him, he would bite me. I mean, before he got old and smelly and blind and stuff. No one would want to hug him now. xD
