Considering that my father raped me when I was 2. I have a pretty good Idea what goes on in the minds of Pedo's AND the victems. If I saw Real Life Child porn stuff I would report it. But if its anime/manga it means it isnt REAL. and if My child came across such stuff I would explain it to them that it isn't real and if someone older then them did such things they should scream and run away. There is a Difference between Real Life and Anime. One is Real one isn't. It is like someone listening to a song that has words like "I cut my wrists like cheep cupons and say that death was on sale today" and blaming it cause their kids got depressed and killed them selves.

Its the Media's fault my kid got molested.. No its the adults who hurt the child who is at fault. if you don't want your child seeing stuff like this, bubble wrap your house, keep them from the internet and cable/satalite tv and don't have sex or kiss your spouse. they are gonna see it one way or another.
