Welcome to the city of Shane. Here you will find the worse kind of scum, villians and lets not forget the thugs. This is was once a peaceful city. This was once a beautiful city until the scum of the underground wrapped its filthy craws and around the once wonderful city and refused to let go.

Although the city is home to the worst characters imaginable, most mercenaries and civillians alike often journey to this city hoping to find work of any sort. And if you know where to look, you are never short of any.
