How to get these:
You must be attending a current charity and questing for these items. I must also see that you have no intent to sell the items for a long while to come. I will not just give items to anyone. I will trust charity owners to give good suggestions for users who might deserve the items. These decisions will not come lightly so this may take me awhile to actually give stuff away.

Users Requirements:
-Is either not donating or incapable of donating lots to the site.
-Is actively questing.
-New users have an extra chance to get things. (no mules allowed)
