Oh Lost, for meds I was looking at day time and night time items that will help threw our day like day quiyli and night quiyil. Or some advil cough meds and some candies will help once in awhile. Tea green, cammeal, white peach or even white pear. Foods I was looking into some soups like chicken or clam chowder you can also have items like Oat Mean that is another one have apple juice cranberry just not orange its not as good as most people say it is.
