[Delirium]

Afternoon, ladies and gents.
Today was my experiment in cooking Indian cuisine. it's snowing here, strange for the south, but hey. So I thought I'd make Naan bread, hummus, saag paneer (spinach and cheese) and red curry chicken. The saag paneer came out okay, I liked the restaurant's quality better. Naan bread was pretty good as was the hummus. The curry chicken came out awesomely hot and tasty. I feel accomplished.
