This should be pretty obvious. Not in the start, Gaia didn't get em until like their 5th year. And even if Trisphee survives 5 years there's still no guarantee we'll ever have em. D: Not that I'll ever have them anyway since I don't live in the US.
I'm not gonnna have the problem anyway, just got my first own credit card. =w=; But it's only for when I REALLY need it when I can't pay any other way. Donating to avatar sites will bee one of the few things.
