But even though they changed their relationship to one another, they still kept in a lot of romantic stuff (like them holding hands, gazing deeply into each other's eyes, talking about their lives together in a way that hints at long-term relationship, etc.) and the fact that upon first impression, Serena has a crush on the more masculine-looking one of the two. (Uranus? I think)

I believe the white hairs are an option under the greyish hair colors. You get all the shades of a color by buying one hair, i.e. blue hair has light to dark/navy blue.
