That's like when you call tech support for your internet...and they ask you all those questions, and finally determine you're calling because your internet is completely, 100% NOT working. And then they tell you you have to call back during their business hours, or you can visit their website at....(website). x.x Your internet is broken....how exactly are you going to manage that? /logic fail xD
