As her tears fell to the floor, he looked at her, wide eyed and unsure. He walked over where she sat on his bed and wiped the tear threatening to roll down her cheek and join the others that littered the floor....

"Please, don't cry anymore," he begged. "I can't stand seeing you in this much pain. Just leave him, I'll be your support."

She looked at her best friend in front of her and asked him, "How can you when you have another girl on your mind?"

"Because that girl is you, it has always been you." He continued as she gasped, "If it was anyone else I saw like this I would not remain sitting here."

"I left him long ago," she started. "That person will never leave me be even though I want nothing to do with him any longer."

The boy's eyes narrowed and he concluded, "Then I have something that I must take care of before I can save you." The girl's eyes widened and watched as her best friend, now boyfriend, walked out the door into the streets to get rid of the guy that put her in danger.
