It is a false quote simmilar to star treks 'beam me up scotty' [also never said]
Also the first quote was made because she was apparently revolting against the higher ups for eating fancy cake while the rest of the people starved or something like that ~pushes up invisible glasses~ [god i wish i had glasses D:]
