i called comcast cause my email connected to my login/account was hacked a bit ago (i blame wow seeing as i have to call blizzard as well to get my battle.net account back -.-) an at first i call an i can't find a internet help line on the automated answering thing so i go to billing, that guy sends me to the internet area i wait for 20 minutes an hung up after getting no answer. Call a second time this time in a different section an i get some guy that sounds Indian an so he asks for a bit about my account an then sends me over to the internet section AGAIN an then i wait another 15 minutes an someone picks up finally. This guy sounds African or something his English was barely understandable x.x an he keeps telling me i cannot change my email/log in to anything else so means i can't get a different log in at all in order to replace the hacked account... so after i get off the phone with him i go into my comcast account an poke enough stuff till i finally got my email to get switched over.. for the past few weeks i've been trying to do this an it never worked before Dx it's like ugh what good is your help lines if they don't understand what im saying!?
