Ya there is a warranty and it is a touch screen phone. I'm not sure how the warranty will work with something like this. But my husband should look into it for sure. This way we can have phones that actually ring >.>

He was thinking of upgrading our phones and giving them to our kids to have. But my son might hate it if his phone doesn't ring hehe.
