Sushi isn't always fish. There's one roll that I've forgotten the name of that's just cream cheese, cucumber, and the delicious, delicious roll/rice. Seriously, I freaking love the sushi rice. I want to eat it every day.

Also, there's something called a Dynamite Roll (sometimes called a Volcano Roll or a Hurricane Roll) that's just deep-fried sushi roll stuffed with I think celery, some imitation crab meat (which doesn't taste fishy at all, mind you) and cream cheese. And it's covered in delicious spicy sauce. :3
