Don't even try that logic with me because it's total BS.

While it is true that people who work out need more calories and protein if they want to build or maintain muscle... we are talking about people who are on a strict schedule and hitting the gym six days a week. Even then they usually space their meals out and have six to eight smaller ones throughout the day.

Having two large meals screws with your metabolism and makes your body process things a lot slower. You would be packing on the pounds if you had 5,000+ calories every day.

Yeah I'm belligerent. Deal with it.
