Yesterday I read a thread about a problem going on Crysandrea and it seems some of the stuff treat members like crap, ignore their problems, yell at them and get that member in trouble for that member complaining about a problem on the site. It seems this has been going on for awhile and some of the staff demean some members on MSN and people are already taking hiatus' or actually leaving the whole site because of it.

For one example, a month or two ago there was a spam bot with a few accounts made, they posted the most obscene and racist things in threads they made and no staff were on at all. Took over an hour for one to get on and then they didn't really do anything about the spam bot at all. Like they didn't care it even happened. I never knew about this because I am a huge lurker and only stay to a few parts. But now I don't know what to do since I have donated a bit of money to them already and it seems like I shouldn't be on it anymore. ; ;

I'm glad the staff here seem really nice and they fix things really quickly.
