@Rainy: I applied for a home loan through the USDA in June and it should be getting processed very soon, within the next 2 months. So I'm freaking out worrying that it won't be enough or that they won't let me use it to get the house I want. I'm just happy the house I want is still on the market.

And then if we do finalize everything I have to kick my mom in the ass about her consistently getting overdrawn every month, because if I am taking up a loan she is gonna have to pay me rent when we move and I can't afford to have her not paying her share.
