If you can't jump on your right leg, this is most likely the case. It's best to get check out first before making an assumptions though. For a while I was having severe pains in my right side. My mom thought it was appendicitis. Surprisingly enough, it was a kidney stone! (Apparently iced tea and coffee causes kidney stones. Ugh.)
