Aye, but other players can attest to this; there were more A-holes coming out of San D'Oria as elves than there were in Bastok and Windhurst. (the three major nations).
As for Marrowind and Oblivion; the were chapters 3 and 4 in the Elder Scrolls RPG from Bethesda. Both won multiple awards, and in my oppinion, are still some of the most incredible RPGs ever made.
