@ Rose, yeah that's what I think is happening! I always think there's a bra strap or something stuck on the thingy but I always check and there isn't. @_@

@ DarkMoonSlayer, I had the same problem for a while too! We got it fixed recently though, but it sucked so bad when it was messed up like that.
