The preview has a problem that it can't show all the items because some are above the avatar and some are below.
That why when it's supposed to show all three it just shows the anklets.

The Guise of Demise and Hallow of Innocence are like that too. There's a pose with just the skin, just the tail, and the tail and skin, yet it only shows the skin.

It has something to do with the system, you're not the only one who saw this. xD;
