Logan: Lol, I remember that happening when I was at a mall in England... and Saint Lucia. The only difference between the two is in St. Lucia you have to pay for your toilet paper, so no sneaking in or taking a dump if you really needed to. Or, well, unless you wanted to pay extra that is.
[ Here in America though, I've seen where you need to put in a certain coin from the register lady/man to get in. It totally sucks when no one is available and/or you have no cash on you. D: ]
