Well, Saya is an only child, but her father Charles Morpheus III had big plans for her. He wanted to close her off from other people so that she could become a "strong and confident successor". But that wasn't in her nature. She loved having friends and other people to talk and be with. So her mother, Morgan, took her away to a werewolf tribe to lay low.
