You can be female, but leveling up strength and/or toughness makes you really muscular and it looks odd on a female frame. Fable 2 is alright, but kind of a disappointment. Fable 1 was too easy to level up, in 2 it's a little too hard. Not like I get killed easy or nothing but it's annoying for me.
