Would anyone be interested in my very simple Japanese Egg Salad recipe that I found on the internet?
If so....I got you.
6 eggs, hardboiled, peeled, smashed!
Teaspoon of mustard, some salt, some pepper, 1/4 cup of kewpie mayo, 1-3 tablespoons of milk/heavy whipping cream (I suggest if using milk, only one to two, I've never tried the cream) and a dash of sugar if you want
I usually leave out the sugar, I find it doesn't add much, but for some people, they'll want it.
It's delicious!
