Peer group, aka Peer Support Group. It's a thing offered by the mental health service I go through. Once a week, I go to the local library to socialize and/or do crafty type things. next week, we're going to a horse rescue as a field trip. Once a month, they have a shopping trip, which rotates between Walmart/Dollar Tree in another town, TJ Maxx/Five Below in the nearest big city, or thrift shopping up in Omaha.

it's honestly just something to do where I can socialize a bit for a couple hours outside the house. which is a good thing in small towns like mine and other towns in the area (Rural communities tend not to have a lot of socialization opportunities not tied to church, football, or alcohol, sadly.)
