Yeah, that would drive me crazy, the uneven amount vs spacing lol.

Are you dead set on placing them right on the cabinets? You could space them out more evenly on the backsplash underneath the cabinets but I can also see them not being as visible there if your counter gets cluttered. I know mine does.

Personally I might also be somewhat tempted to use just the last two cabinets on each side or just the second to last two on each side placing the four elements in the the corners of one or like a diamond and then the God, the Goddess, and Spirit in horizontal line in the other just to give somewhat of a symmetrical look over all as best as is possible. So like (very rough sketch lol):
